If a text message pointed you here, it was sent on behalf of the business you called (the business is named in the message) by Mylos, an AI receptionist service operated by Kiarash Zamani, carrying on business as Mylos, in Vancouver, British Columbia. This page is the sender identification Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) asks for and a text message has no room for.
You called a business that uses Mylos to answer its phone. Mylos sends short, transactional texts about the appointment or enquiry you made on that call, and nothing else:
Mylos never sends marketing, promotions, or messages about anything other than the booking or enquiry you made. Your number is not shared with anyone except the business you called and the providers needed to deliver the message (see the Privacy Policy, Section 8).
Reply STOP (or ARRÊT) to any message. No further texts will be sent to your number from that business, including reminders you asked for, until you reply START (or OUI). Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment; to change or cancel it, call the business.
